We make extra effort to be sure that all of our products meet the utmost standards of quality. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please send us an email at email@example.com and let us know. We will do our best to resolve the situation.
All returns/exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of the date you receive your order, or unfortunately we will not offer you an exchange. Returns and exchanges are processed within 5 business days (Monday - Friday, weekends and holidays don't count) from when they arrive at us.
Note: Some products are labelled as a SALE in the description. These items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective or damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the exact same condition that you received it. That means without strong smells or tampered in any way. It must also be in the original packaging.
Do not mail us product(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

We do not provide return labels . You can send the item(s) with whatever postal carrier you choose; however, we always recommend getting tracking. It is also needed to include the invoice with the return along with a note indicating what you would like instead.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Defective or Damaged Product
We warrant every product we make to be free of manufacturer defects that affect the wearing or look of a product. This includes defects in zipper pulls, zippers, snaps, holes and printing errors. Damaged packaging is not considered a defect.
GeekNeat does not warranty and is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, the natural breakdown of materials over time, or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal wear.
All manufacturer defect claims must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery, as detailed as possible and with pictures. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.
If despite all of our efforts you are still not satisfied, you can apply for a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
