How do I place an order?

To place an order simply navigate the online store, select the item you wish to purchase, customize it and then click "Order Now". You will then be redirected to your shopping cart where you can view all the selected items. If you want to add other items, you can do so; If you want to proceed with payment, you will need to click Complete Order.

Do I have to register to place an order?

You can make purchases as a guest, but you can also create an account in order to access your order history, track your orders, save your shipping address, and securely store your billing information to facilitate the checkout process.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. However, since all our products are customized and made to order, YOU WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO CHANGE OR CANCEL THE ORDER UNTIL 12 HOURS AFTER YOU COMPLETED IT, by sending an email to us. After that, your order will be in production, and can no longer be cancelled, changed or edited as the item may have been created.

How long does it take to get my order?

It may take 3-7 business days to fulfill your order. Exceptionally, some orders can be in production longer than usual if:

  • The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered in.
  • The order did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure that only the highest-quality product is shipped out.
  • If there is an issue with an item in the order, the whole order will be delayed.
  • Large orders of 12 items or more may have additional production times.

Shipping can take between 5-10 business days after fulfillment. GeekNeat.com is not responsible for any damaged, wrong delivery, weather and holiday delays or lost of packages during transit. We also cannot be held responsible or accountable for any delays due to customs for international orders.

Shipping delays and any other issues stated, caused by shipping couriers or customs, are beyond our control. Rest assured we will try our best to communicate with our partner couriers to settle these problems. In any case, feel free to Contact Us by e-mail.

Can I track my order?

Yes. After completing your purchase, you will receive your order number by email. You will thus have access to all the shipping states of your order, in constant connection with the carrier in question. You will receive updates regarding shipment through email.

I am no longer in the same adress. What now?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, send us an e-mail as soon as possible, and we will try our very best to change it for your order. Be aware that carriers calculate live shipping rates mainly by the zip code entered, and increasing costs may occur.

If your package has already been sent, then you must contact the courier directly. Failed attempts to deliver your package due to wrong or changed adresses may incur charges for reshipping. 

How much is the shipping cost?

This varies depending on where you are, how much you order, and how fast you want it delivered.

Just place whatever you are interested in purchasing into your shopping cart and hit checkout (don't worry, if you don't want to finish checking out you won't need to) Enter your address and the shipping options will appear.

Are taxes and duties included in the price?

When ordering within the EU, all taxes and duties are included in the final price. 

When ordering outside EU, international customers may be subject to additional charges once the package arrives.

GeekNeat is not responsible for any customs, duty, or VAT charges you incur for importing our products.

Can I return or exchange a product? How do I do it?

Although all our products are made to order and customized by you, we do accept returns and exchanges, within 30 days after you receive your order,  according to our Return and Refund Policy.

I received a defective product. What should I do?

We guarantee the satisfaction of our customers. Therefore, if you feel that we have sent you a defective product, please notify us regarding the defect through support@geekneat.com. You should also check our Return and Refund Policy for more information.

What is and how do I subscribe to the newsletter?

The newsletter is a periodic email sent to your mailbox, whose content may contain promotional campaigns, product news, special offers and content we value and would like to share. You can subscribe to our newsletter in the field Subscribe to our Newsletter at the bottom of the page, without the need to register.

How do discount codes work?

The discount codes are generated for refunds or promotions, usually sent through our newsletter, which you can insert before finalizing the order. The discount will be made automatically at the checkout.
